Isaac D. Levy, president of Oppenheim, Collins and Company, 35 West Thirty-fourth street, who died at Deal Beach, N. J., September 9, left an estate formally estimated at “more than $10,000,” it was learned yesterday when his will, dated November 2, 1933, was filed for probate in Surrogate’s Court. Sums of $10,000 each are bequeathed to Michael Levy of 480 Park avenue, a brother, who is an executive at Oppenheim, Collins, and to Mrs. Rae L. Stark of the Esplanade Hotel, a sister.
Harriette Stern, 668 Riverside drive, who was Mrs. Levy’s secretary, receives $1,500, and the Oppenheim, Collins Mutual Aid Association benefits to the extent of $1,000.
The residue is to be held in trust for life for the widow, Mrs. Rosetta D. Levy of 321 Park avenue Upon her death the trust fund will go to the deceased’s three children, Robert of 321 Park avenue, Mrs. Miriam Cohn of 1185 Park avenue and Mrs. Kathleen Kenton of 1 West Eighty-first street.
In his will Mr. Levy expresses the wish that his son will continue in the business and ultimately become president. Executors of the instruments are Michael Levy, Mrs. Rosetta D. Levy, Robert Levy and the attorney for the estate, David Bandler, of 25 Broad street.
