A conference of representatives of the Jewish Colonization Association, the United Emigration Committee and the Hebrew Sheltering and Immigrant Aid Society of America will take place in Paris on April 5.
The meeting was called following the ratification by the Hias at its annual meeting in New York of the recently concluded agreement of the three organizations.
The purpose of the Paris meeting will be to work out a program of action and elect a committee of 20 which is to be in charge of the work. The committee will consist of 10 representatives of the Hias and Emigdirekt and 10 of the Ica.
