The ICA is prepared to meet 80% of the expense of taking care of the Russian Jewish refugees who are being expelled from Poland, Dr. Goldflam, representing the organization declared today.
The offer was made to the Federated Commission for Relief for the Homeless. There are two conditions to the offer, first that the Ica shall compose half of the board of the Federated Commission and that the it shall have its choice in naming the president of the Commission.
A special meeting is being held to consider the offer.
