Iceland Becomes Fourth Country to Ratify United Nations Convention Outlawing Genocide

The Government of Iceland has ratified the United Nations convention on the prevention and punishment of the crime of genocide, it was reported here. Previously, Australia, Norway and Ethiopia ratified the convention, which comes into force after ratification by 20 nations.
