Ida Nudel, the Jewish emigration activist who returned to Moscow recently after serving a four year sentence of internal exile in Siberia, is moving to Riga tonight, the Student Struggle for Soviet Jewry and the Union of Councils for Soviet Jews reported. Nudel, who owns a flat in a Moscow cooperative, indicated she was not making the move voluntarily.
