Saul Metz, manager of Local 102 of the International Ladies Garment Workers’ Union will be tendered a testimonial dinner this evening at Webster Hall, 119 East Eleventh street.
Reservations have been made by almost 1,000 persons. Metz has been an important figure in the labor movement here for thirty years. David Dubinsky, president of the union, is scheduled to speak.
