Better living conditions for German Jews were demanded at a meeting of the Central Committee of Bavarian Jews by Dr. M. Gruenberg and Rabbi I. Lazarovsky, leaders of the committee. The speakers urged a new settlement of the Palestine problem to meet Jewish requirements. They condemned the present policy as giving too much influence to the Arabs.
