In a speech before a joint session of the U.S. Congress, Ukraine’s president pledged to fight anti-Semitism. “The 60th anniversary of the Allied victory over Nazism once again calls upon us to fulfill our obligation to root out any expressions of anti-Semitism and xenophobia, to secure minority rights and liberties,” Viktor Yuschenko said Wednesday.
