In an effort to heighten recognition for Jewish education, a Massachusetts- based family foundation is offering $75,000 a year to fund 50 recognition a awards being granted to Jewishstudies teachers. To be eligible, teachers must work a minimum of eight hours per week and be nominated by their Jewish federation, which is required to raise $1,000 to supplement the money provided by the Harold Grinspoon Family Foundation.
