In appreciation of his years of effort in their behalf, members of the Jewish Postal Workers Welfare League of New York City presented Louis Blumberg, president of the organization, with an inescribed diamond ring at the tenth annual installation of officers of the League. The presentation was made by former Congressman William W. Cohen.
