In polls conducted in 10 countries, only Israelis said they favored President Bush and his policies. A majority of respondents in Australia, Canada, Japan, France, Britain, Spain, Korea, Russia and Mexico opposed the Bush administration’s foreign policy and favored his challenger, Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry, in next month’s election.
