The Joint Foreign Committee, composed of representatives of the Anglo-Jewish Association and the Board of Deputies of British Jews, is being enlarged to provide for representation on the committee of as many facets of the Jewish community as possible, Neville Laski, president of the Board of Deputies, announced. The enlarged committee, it was stated, will strengthen Anglo-Jewish endeavors in behalf of the Jews of Germany.
Five sub-committees of the Joint Foreign Committee, concerned with refugee reception, information, parliamentary action, meetings, East End coordination and political and legal aspects of the German Jewish situation have been formed and will act under the chairmanship of distinguished British Jews.
