The youth department of the Jewish Agency today received a letter of thanks from the Indian Council for Child Welfare for a shipment of 20,000 containers of vitamins for the children of India. The vitamins were distributed to child victims of floods.
The Council, a member of the International Association for Child Welfare, had appealed to all member states for aid and for shipments of vitamins. The shipment was transported free by Air France.
