Jews participating indirectly in professions which have been barred to them, will have to turn over their professional identity cards to police prefectures, under a special order to be published shortly, it was learned here today.
It was also announced that properties and capital connected with the forbidden professions cannot be transferred without the approval of the authorities, even if the business is under the control of provisional administrators. The decree does not apply to the mandated colonies.
