The British Government is making inquiries to discover whether or not the Prussian confiscation law will affect East European Jews who are British citizens, Undersecretary for Foreign Affair Captain R. A. Eden stated today in the House of Commons.
The statement of the Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs was in reply to a question by Colonel Josiah Wedgwood. Undersecretary Eden requested Colonel Wedgwood to ask his question again next week when the inquiries will have been completed and the British government is able to state what steps it proposes to take.
