The Court of Appeals yesterday rejected a petition by the Radom public prosecutor to reconsider acquittal of Vincenty Korczak, notorious anti-Jewish leader, on charges of insulting the Government and spreading false rumors about Jews which led to disorders last March in the town of Przytyk.
Korczak had been originally sentenced by a Radom court to eight month in jail, but was freed by the Radom higher court on appeal.
