The twenty-second season of the Institute of Arts and Sciences of Columbia University will be inaugurated tonight at the McMillin Academic Theatre. Distinguished scholars, authors, scientists, explorers and travelers will appear in the nightly program.
J. B. S. Haldane, professor of Genetics at University College, London University, will speak on “Is There a Chosen Race?” Lawrence Dennis will speak on Fascism. Emil Lengyel will speak on Hitler and the German situation. Lectures will also be given by Maurice Hindus and George Sokolsky.
