The San Francisco Conference of Jews and Christians, comprising clergymen and laymen of the Protestant, Catholic and Jewish faiths, has just been organized here with J. H. McCallum as chairman and Dr. Rudolph I. Coffee as secretary.
The conference will undertake an active program for improving inter-faith relationships and will cooperate closely with the National Conference of Jews and Christians.
One of the first activities which the local conference will sponsor will be an interdenominational Thanksgiving Day Service over the radio. The Conference also expects to organize a women’s auxiliary.
