The setting up of an International Commission on similar lines to that of the League of Nations entrusted with the settlement of the Greek Refugees from Turkey, for the purpose of settling landless Palestine Arabs in Transjordan, was proposed by Mr. M. M. Ussischkin, the head of the Jewish National Fund in an address to the American Jewish National Fund Conference now in session here.

A five-year plan of Palestine Land Reclamation put to the Conference by Mr. Ussischkin has been adopted by the Conference.

The National Council of the Zionist Organisation of America has formed a Jewish National Fund League in connection with Mr. Ussischkin’s five-year plan.

The Committee has given formal approval to the ½ million collar Palestine Campaign in America which has just been launched under the auspices of the Jewish Agency.
