In interim budget calling for expenditures of 785, -000,000 Israeli pounds (nearly $262,000,000) during the period from April 1 to July 31, was presented to the Knesset (Parliament) here today by Finance Minister Levi Eshkol. The partial, four-month budget was necessitated by the fact that, due to the devaluation of the pound announced last month, the full estimates for the fiscal year beginning April I had to be postponed.
