Figures which show an alarming increase in the number of intermarriages of Jews and Christians in Austria were published yesterday.

It appears that during the past year the number of intermarriages increased from ten to thirty percent according to statistics. These figures do not include the number of apostates. Every third Jewish wedding in Austria is an intermarriage.
