Harry Goodman was elected chairman of the European executive of the Agudas Israel organization at a full meeting of the executive which took place here last night. He succeeds Rabbi J. Horowitz, who will remain in the United States. Internal differences within the executive were settled by mutual agreement between the rival factions, it was announced.
