All governments were urged here by the Concentration Camp Committee, an organization that represents concentration camp victims in 60 countries, to continue searching for known Nazi war criminals, to prosecute them and to mete out to them their due punishment. The demand was made in a resolution adopted by the group which concluded its conference here today.
The resolution mentioned specifically Dr. Horst Schumann, an Auschwitz physician, now in Ghana; SS Major Uhlenbrook, recently acquitted of wartime atrocity charges; and Dr. Josef Mengele, the Auschwitz “selection doctor ” whose whereabouts are unknown.
