International Cultural Congress in Mexico Condemns Anti-semitism

All forms of race hatred, with special reference to anti-Semitic attacks on a cultural basis, were sharply condemned here in addresses before the International Congress for Cultural Freedom, which concluded its sessions here.

Participants in the meeting included Norman Thomas, American Socialist leader; Salvador Madariaga, noted Spanish philosopher; Sara Ibanez, a Uruguayan poetess, and cultural leaders from various countries.
