The International Labor Organization of the United Nations announced here today that it is sending an expert to Israel to advise the government in setting up an occupational analysis program. The expert is John Francis Jerabeck of New York, who is leaving Geneva today.
The project is designed to assist Israel to make fuller use of its manpower resources. It is being carried out under the technical assistance program. Mr. Jerabeck, a graduate of Rutgers University, has served the L L.O. in the capacity of an expert in a project for the development of an international occupational classification system. He will remain in Israel for six months.
