A large rally of Polish Boy Scouts meeting here, which was attended by representatives of the Czech, Jewish, English and Arab Scouts, decided to establish a temporary central committee in Palestine to carry on international Scout activities in the Near East.

The rally cabled the Polish Government in London and Polish Premier Sikorski that they were ready “to carry out any orders.” Cables of greetings were received from Samarkand from many Latvian and Polish Jewish Scouts who fled from their home lends to Bukhera.
