Iran is continuing to encourage terrorist activity in hopes of scuttling a comprehensive agreement between Israel and its Arab neighbors, State Department spokesman James Rubin said. “Until Iran takes meaningful steps to end its support for terrorism and cooperates in the fight against terrorism,” relations between the United States and Iran will not improve, Rubin said.
