Iran said it plans to build 20 new nuclear reactors. The Islamic republic, which already has a reactor under construction at Bushehr, said through its official new agency Sunday that 20 more are planned. Construction is to begin on the first two of the new reactors in March, one with Russian help. Israel saw in the statement further cause for concern that Iran soon will attain nuclear weapons.
