Iran’s president issued a call for financial aid for Palestinians in their fight against Israel. Speaking Tuesday at an international conference in Tehran, Mohammad Khatami also called for an international war crimes tribunal to be set up by the United Nations to investigate the killings of Palestinian civilians by Israeli security forces.
