Sir Ezekiel Sassoon, a prominent member of the Iraq Parliament and one of the leaders of the Jewish Community in Iraq, who was for several years Minister of Finance in the Iraq Government, will be one of the two representatives whom Iraq will send to the League of Nations Assembly when she is admitted to membership of the League, on the termination of the British Mandate, according to the recommendation of the British Government, says a report appearing in “Al Istakal”.
