Refuting Egyptian allegations that Iraq is softening its attitude toward Israel, the Iraqi radio said today that the Baghdad Government “did not and will not attend any regional conference in which Israel participates, thus complying with its well-known nationalist policy and the unified decision of the Arab League.” The broadcast stressed that “the Iraqi Government’s decisions and instructions are very decisive and final in this respect.”
