An 18-year-old Iraqi Army deserter said in a Kol Israel radio interview Thursday that Iraqi troops stationed in Jordan were supplying El Fatah and other Arab guerrilla groups with arms and transportation for incursions against Israel. The deserter, Fadel Javer, called on more Iraqi soldiers to desert to Israel where, he said, they would be welcomed.
