Jewish communities of the Upper Peninsula will send their representatives to a regional conference on behalf of the Jewish refugees from Germany, to be held here on July 21, it was announced by Herman Gessner, chairman of the Upper Peninsula United Jewish Appeal campaign. Harry Sreinberg of Chicago and Rabbi Jerome D. Folkman of Jackson, Mich., will be the principal speakers.
