Irving Ben Cooper, New York City Commissioner of Accounts, will be the principal speaker this Tuesday evening at a meeting of the Paterson B’nai B’rith Lodge. In addition to Mr. Cooper, James D. Carpenter, Special Prosecutor for Pssaic County, and the Hon. William B. Guerley, dean of the Passaic County Bar Association, will be among the speakers.
Arranging the program have been: Irving Brower, Charles H. Remer, Sam Baten, Dr. Harry A. Gordon, Harry Bernstein and Gerrard Berman.
