Isaac Shalom, a leader in many phases of Jewish philanthropic work. especially ones relating to Jews of the Moslem countries of North Africa and the Middle East, died here yesterday at the age of 80. He was a Brooklyn resident. He was active in the Ozar Hatorah movement which has provided educational facilities for some 20,000 Jewish children in Moslem countries.
