Isaac Toubin has been appointed executive director of the American Jewish Congress, it was announced today by Dr. Israel Goldstein, president. Mr. Toubin succeeds the late Dr. David Petegorsky who died on July 15. During the past 10 years, he has successively held the positions of assistant director, associate director and acting executive director of the AJC. He is a graduate of Yeshiva College and the Jewish Theological Seminary of America.
