The projected establishment of a link between Israel and the European Common Market will be on the agenda again when the European Economic Community’s Council of Ministers convenes for its monthly meeting here tomorrow and Tuesday.
Amiel Najar, Israel’s Ambassador to the EEC, met here today with S. Mansholt, deputy president of the EEC. It is expected that, at this month’s Council of Ministers session, there will be only a general exchange of views regarding the EEC-Israeli link. The decisions upon which negotiations for the establishment of the link will be based are not expected to be reached until September.
