Unless Israel receives full satisfaction within a few days on the seizure of the fishing trawler Doron and its six-man crew, it will again consider placing the affair on the agenda of the Security Council, Foreign Ministry sources indicated tonight.

After several initial warnings that it would take strong action in the Doron case Israel withheld statements on the matter, apparently to give Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold an opportunity to try to obtain the crew’s release. However, with no action discernible, the Israeli public is becoming impatient.

A representative of the International Red Cross is expected back in Geneva soon after a visit to Cairo and from him the Israelis hope to hear how the fishermen have been treated. On the basis of the history of Egyptian mistreatment of other Israelis who have fallen into their hands, nobody here is particularly sanguine.
