Israel Ambassador Abba Eban last night addressed a joint session of both houses of the Ohio legislature here at the invitation of Gov. Frank Laushe. At the conclusion of a speech in which he outlined the progress made by the Jewish State in the past five years the Ambassador received a tremendous ovation.
