Israel and China failed to resolve a dispute over Israel’s cancellation of an airborne radar system. In a first round of talks aimed at resolving the dispute, China sought $2 million in damages because of the cancellation, according to the Jerusalem Post. Under pressure from the United States last year, Israel canceled a $250 million sale of the early-warning radar system known as Phalcon.
