Israel and Ethiopia signed a tax-reduction agreement that will help Ethiopian immigrants to Israel. The deal reached Wednesday in Jerusalem by Israeli Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom and Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi eliminates double taxation for those who hold citizenship of both countries, affecting thousands of Ethiopian immigrants in Israel.
