Israel and the computer software giant Microsoft signed an agreement that the Israeli government hopes will help it achieve its goal of providing an e-mail address for every citizen. The initiative, signed at the Prime Minister’s Office, would initially provide a free e-mail address to all phone line owners in Israel.
