Israel and the Palestinian Authority agreed to send representatives to Washington next week for discussions, said U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. The announcement came after Albright reported little in her separate talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat.
