Israel and Ukraine agreed to a space technology deal. The agreement signed Tuesday in Kiev will allow Israel and Ukraine to share technology relating to missiles, launchers and navigation systems. Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma and Israeli President Moshe Katsav signed the deal.
