Israel Army Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Moshe Dayan left Paris tonight after a five-day “private stay” in the French capital. During his visit, Gen. Dayan met unofficially with Gen. P. Ely, French Chief of Staff and Maurice Bourges Manoury, former Premier and Defense Minister.
