Israel arrested 15 Palestinians during a raid in the West Bank city of Jericho. The men arrested Tuesday night are believed to have been members of the Palestinian Authority security forces, according to Ha’aretz. Israeli raids into Jericho are rare because the city is not considered a haven for terrorists.
