Talks between top officials of the Israel Bonds Organization and Cabinet Ministers for expansion of the bond organization, which began here last night, continued today.
Participants included Samuel Rothberg, of Peoria, Ill., national campaign chairman; Louis Boyar, of Los Angeles, chairman of the Bonds Organization board of governors; Dr. Joseph J. Schwartz, executive vice-president; and Finance Minister Pinhas Sapir, Commerce Minister Haim Zodak, and other Cabinet members.
