Nathan Kirpitznikoff, a 20-year-old student from Tel Aviv, won first prize of $100 for his plan and drawings for improving the appearance of the Marriage Licence Bureau in the Municipal Building here. The contest was sponsored by the Municipal Art Society and was open to students in New York’s interior design schools.
Mr. Kirpitznikoff, who has studied at Pratt for more than two years, has been in the United States about three years. He said today that he plans to return to Tel Aviv when he completes his studies here.
