The Israel Cabinet, at its regular weekly meeting today voted to establish a priority schedule in government construction.
It confirmed the appointment of Joseph Efrati as Deputy Minister of Agriculture and voted to instruct its legal committee to speed up its decision on the question of whether the death penalty should be provided for in Israel law. The Cabinet is continuing to function pending solution of the government crisis.
