ISRAEL CABINET DISCUSSES BYROADE’S SPEECH

The Israel Cabinet today heard Premier and Foreign Minister Moshe Sharett report on the current political situation, with special reference to the speech by Assistant Secretary of State Henry A. Byroade and the American decision to arm Iraq.

The Cabinet spokesman who made this known did not reveal the Cabinet’s decision on these matters, but it is understood that Israel will undertake diplomatic action on these matters, action which is as yet unspecified.
